Conditions for children and adults:

Additional place for children to 7 years is given free. Children bed is given for children to 3 years. Additional place for children from 8 years and adults is paid 500 rub per day.

Late check out:

If you decide to extend a stay until 18:00, a payment of ½ of the room rate per night will be levied. Also you can extend your stay at an hourly rate.

Rules for cancel of booking:

Cancel of booking is possible 24 hours before an arrival. In case of late cancellation or non-arrival by the date of arrival, a payment is levied of one night's accommodation fee for each booked room.
